The “cruise ships return to alaska” is a Norwegian cruise line that will be offering an Alaska-themed episode of the series “Embark.” The cruise will depart from Vancouver, BC and return to Seattle.
The Norwegian government announced that it would be releasing a new episode of its digital series, Embark. The show is about the adventures of two women traveling Alaska for three weeks in an RV. This marks the first time Norway has released content related to their state in this way and they are hoping more countries will adopt similar policies moving forward.
The next episode of Norwegian Cruise Line’s “EMBARK with NCL” series, “Adventure Alaska,” has been revealed.
In this episode, viewers will accompany Andrea and Jayne, two members of Norwegian’s shoreside staff, as they go to Alaska for the first time to discover firsthand about the experiences customers can anticipate while enjoying an Alaska cruise.

They’ll travel from the Inside Passage to the state’s interior to learn more about the line’s Cruise Tour experience, which mixes ocean cruises with shoreside experiences.
“For many tourists, Alaska is a bucket-list trip,” said Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line. “It offers a never-ending supply of adventure, animal encounters, and awe-inspiring experiences.” While it is critical that we provide our visitors with wonderful experiences, it is equally critical that we support and enhance the communities who depend on our presence each summer for their survival. It’s a cooperation we appreciate much, as seen by our sustainable initiatives and activities around the area.”
The episode covers travels to Skagway, Anchorage, and Denali, as well as port locations like as Juneau, Icy Strait Point, and Ketchikan, where Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has made considerable investments in the local communities.
While the women are being shown about downtown Juneau, a group of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings officials stops by to talk about their intentions to change the remaining waterfront property for the benefit of the local community.
Shaq’s mother has been named the godmother of a newly renovated Carnival cruise ship.
Andrea and Jayne take a tour of Icy Strait Point, which features the new Wilderness Landing, the Transporter Gondola system, and the world’s longest zip line, the ZipRider, which is a mile long.
They visit the Mill at Ward Cove in Ketchikan, a new initiative transforming a Superfund cleanup site designated by the Environmental Protection Agency into a sustainable, ecologically friendly, and enjoyable attraction for the community and tourists.
Andrea and Jayne go out to Mendenhall Glacier by helicopter for a glacier trek, since no Alaska cruise would be complete without one.

The journey concludes with a ride on the glass-domed Wilderness Express Railway, which provides panoramic views of Alaska’s wilderness.
