Norwegian Cruise Line is the latest cruise line to offer a new type of luxury experience. The company has announced that it will feature a first-class, all-inclusive cruise for just $1,000 per person on its Prima sailings.
Norwegian Cruise Line has shared new details about their upcoming cruise ship, Prima. The company says that the ship will be able to accommodate up to 2,800 passengers and 1,100 crew members.
Norwegian Cruise Line’s aim with the forthcoming Prima is to give passengers with “multisensory overload,” which includes a three-story racetrack and a live rendition of “The Price is Right.”

“We’re not just enhancing the passenger experience; we’re giving it an adrenaline rush and multisensory overload,” says Harry Sommer, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line.
So, what precisely does it imply? The aim, according to the executive, is to go “above expectations,” offering “more wide-open spaces, enhanced service, intelligent design, and a range of memorable experiences” to give passengers “the wow-factor” they’ve been looking for in a much-anticipated cruise holiday.

The three-story racetrack, which takes up a significant amount of area in the ship’s midsection, is one of the most noticeable features. Another attraction is “the world’s first freefall dry slide,” which promises “a 10-story drop with the greatest G-forces of any cruise line.”
A racing-themed bar, situated right under the track, is a delightful new addition to the racetrack.
Summer: The Donna Summer Musical will be released by Prima Entertainment. According to publicity materials, “the theater itself turns into a complete disco and visitors become a part of the performance and dance to Summer’s all-time [best] medleys,” the jukebox musical containing 20 of the iconic disco diva’s finest songs promises to be totally immersive.

The event takes place in a three-story theater that can “seamlessly transform… from a state-of-the-art performance stage to an enormous dance floor,” with “a configurable seating arrangement and the awe-inspiring moving LED screen that descends from the ceiling and is almost half the size of the arena.”
When utilized as a nightclub, the area offers visitors a “out-of-body experience” where they may “dance late into the night and enjoy a kaleidoscope of high-energy music and creative visual effects.”
The theater will also feature live-action versions of the popular game programs The Price is Right, Supermarket Sweep, Beat the Clock, and Press Your Luck, among other things. (At this point, “Big Bucks!”) There will be no whammies!”)
The ship will also include Norwegian’s first Tidal Wave waterslide, where passengers will ride an innertube through a curved route, as well as the ever-popular Vibe Beach Club (a for-fee adults-only retreat). As previously stated, Prima will include a wrap-around promenade known as Ocean Boulevard, which will feature some of the most unusual sitting and dining choices, including the Indulge Food Hall, which will serve a range of delectable delicacies.

Prima will make a number of trips from a range of locations after her debut in the summer of 2022, before settling down to spend the winters of 2023 and 2024 conducting seven-night cruises to the Western Caribbean out of Galveston, Texas.
