Before you take a cruise, Royal Caribbean International has revised their pre-cruise testing policy. According to the company, they will no longer allow individuals who have tested positive for disease or illness during any previous visit on a ship in excess of three months before sailing date to participate in tours and activities onboard.
The “royal caribbean covid test kits 2021” is a policy update that Royal Caribbean has released. The cruise line will now be using pre-cruise testing kits to make sure the passengers are healthy enough to go on their trip.
For unvaccinated children aged two to eleven years old, Royal Caribbean International has changed its pre-cruise and embarkation day testing policy. The change is effective for departures from North America is located in North America. and San Juan on or after December 17, 2021.

The line said in an email to travel agencies that the testing standards had changed:
“For this age group, we’ll only accept a negative PCR test result to meet the Pre-Cruise testing requirement.” Unvaccinated passengers aged 2 to 11 will also get a free antigen test instead of a PCR test upon embarkation. This modification will make the embarkation and sailing of our young passengers go more smoothly.”
The criteria for individuals aged 12 and above remain the same: they must be properly vaccinated at least two weeks prior to sailing.
Those under the age of 12 who have been properly vaccinated should follow the instructions for vaccinated visitors listed below.
All passengers aged 12 and above must have a negative PCR or antigen test performed no more than two days prior to departure.
Unvaccinated children between the ages of 2 and 11 must submit a negative PCR test done no more than three days before to sailing, but not on the day of boarding. Antigen testing aren’t acceptable for visitors who haven’t been immunized.
Unvaccinated children ages 2 to 11 will get a free antigen test at check-in on departure day.

Any unvaccinated visitors aged two and up, as well as all guests traveling from countries other than the United States (regardless of vaccination status), must provide a negative PCR or antigen test result obtained within three days of their arrival in San Juan.
Unvaccinated children aged 2 to 11 must provide documentation of a negative PCR test result obtained within three days before embarkation day – but not on embarkation day. Antigen testing are not allowed for visitors who have not been vaccinated.
Guests 12 and older who have been vaccinated must present documentation of a negative test result obtained within two days before the sail date.
Unvaccinated children aged 2 to 11 must submit two negative test results on embarkation day: a negative PCR test done within three days before sailing and a free embarkation day antigen test.
